Ingredients

2 oz Starward Nova Single Malt Whisky
.5 oz Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup, DIY, or use Liber & Co’s Classic Gum Syrup for perfect texture

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail glass, then add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
