Bright and floral yuzu is the star in this elegant, light, and yet also sumptuous cocktail.

The yuzus used to create this limited edition dry curaçao are hand-picked, harvested much later than is typical, which means deeper, richer, brighter flavor.

The unforgettable, zesty aroma is perfectly complemented by a Ferrand Cognac base.

Act fast, as this is a limited edition bottle -- when it's gone, it's gone!

Ingredients

2 oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
1.5 oz coconut milk
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
fresh mint to garnish

Directions

Add ice and all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with mint.
