2 oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
1.5 oz coconut milk
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
fresh mint to garnish
Add ice and all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with mint.
