The Missionary's Downfall Cocktail Recipe
Recipe from How to Drink episode: A History of Tiki: Don the Beachcomber
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce honey syrup
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
10 to 12 leaves fresh mint
1/2 ounce peach brandy
1 ounce Puerto Rican rum - Bacardi Gold
Mint sprig for garnish
Method:
Put 3/4 cup crushed ice in a blender. Add the lime and then the honey syrup, followed by the fresh pineapple and the mint leaves. Add the brandy and the rum, and blend it up until it's nice and frothy.
Pour into a coupe and garnish with a mint sprig.
