Sometimes less is really very more. This is a beautifully executed 3-ingredient cocktail, using the martini "template." The Mizu Shochu Green Tea with flavors of matcha, banana, white peach and cacao take on a floral brightness when Lillet Blanc comes to play. Delightful, unexpected, and entirely at home wherever it goes. Whether that's at the end of a long day and at the beginning of a weekend brunch.

-
2 drops of orange blossom water
