Grab life by its reins! The crisp, high proof of Xicaru Silver 102° is the perfect match for the sweet-bitter-tang of grapefruit and secret ingredient cinnamon spice! This is a welcome riff on a Paloma that adds additional flavors but is still easy sipping, despite its higher ABV.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Xicaru Silver 102 Mezcal
0.5 oz Becherovka
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.75 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
0.75 oz agave syrup
grapefruit wedge, for garnish

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
