Classic cocktail
This is an Irish take on a vintage cocktail that originally called for Bourbon. Here we pair a terrific all-arounder Irish whiskey like Powers with the standout superstar Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao. Sparks fly!
Enjoy this any time of year, but it seems to taste especially good once the leaves start turning and the evenings are warm enough to wear a scarf.
