Cocktail Description

The Frozen Falernum Colada takes everything you love about a piña colada and spins it into something brighter, spicier, and infinitely more interesting.

This blended beauty combines two rums—a crisp white and a mellow aged gold—with the signature tropical magic of velvet falernum, a Barbadian liqueur loaded with lime, almond, ginger, and warm spices. Fresh lime juice cuts through the sweetness while cane syrup ties it all together, creating a drink that's creamy in texture but vibrant in flavor. You'll get tropical fruit notes upfront, followed by subtle spice and a hint of nuttiness that makes each sip feel layered and complex. It's perfect for poolside afternoons, backyard cookouts, or any time you want to feel like you're on island time without leaving your kitchen. Making it is as easy as tossing everything into a blender with crushed ice—no shaking, no stirring, just blend and pour. The pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry aren't just for show; they add a sweet, fruity contrast that plays nicely with the drink's spiced backbone. Pair this with grilled shrimp skewers, jerk chicken, or coconut-crusted fish tacos for a meal that feels like a mini vacation.
