Cocktail Description

The Raspberry Gin Sidecar takes the classic brandy cocktail and flips it on its head with fresh berries and juniper-forward gin.

This drink balances bright raspberry tartness with the botanical complexity of Beefeater gin and the orange sweetness of triple sec, creating a sophisticated sipper that's both fruity and grown-up. The sugar cane syrup rounds out the edges while a few dashes of Peychaud's bitters add floral, anise-like notes that complement the raspberries beautifully. It's an easy shake-and-strain cocktail that looks elegant in a martini glass, making it perfect for dinner parties or date nights when you want something special without spending twenty minutes behind the bar. The fresh muddled raspberries give it a gorgeous pink hue and natural fruit flavor that's miles ahead of any syrup. Try pairing this with duck breast, pork tenderloin, or rich cheese like aged gouda—the berry notes cut through fatty foods while the gin's botanicals hold their own against bold flavors.
