A fruity and spicy pink drink that is the perfect encapsulation fo summer!
The ginger, lime and dragon fruit blend perfectly together to make a beautiful and thirst quenching cactus fruit drink.
This is a great way to seriously level up your margarita, bringing some flair and zing and an AMAZING color to one of the world's greatest cocktails.
Ingredients

1.5 oz Tequila Reposado, we recommend La Gritona

.5 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur

.75 oz freshly-squeezed lime-juice

.75 oz Dragon Fruit syrup

Club soda or sparkling water
Directions
Prepare a glass with a lime-salted rim.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into your prepared glass.
Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
