A beautiful variation on the Negroni that uses two layers of vermouth and gin, and lets it rest for several hours, to reach its ideal state. Of course you can skip the resting phase if you just can't wait to hop to it, but we highly recommend trying it this way at least once. Everyone deserves a taste of the sublime.
