The Tuscan is a cocktail that builds on the timeless appeal of a Negroni. It’s proof that a simple recipe—just a handful of ingredients—can offer something extraordinary when those ingredients are of impeccable quality.
The Tuscan features Baldoria Vermouth Rosso and Baldoria Vermouth Bitter, two artisanal vermouths made with carefully selected botanicals that bring depth and balance to the cocktail. These are not your standard vermouths—they’re vibrant, complex, and built to stand out. Ginepraio Organic Tuscan Gin adds an aromatic layer, capturing the essence of the Italian countryside with its herbaceous and citrus-forward profile. And an Italian amaro (Amaro Felsina if you can find it!), a rich, bittersweet liqueur that ties it all together with a bold, velvety finish.
Two barspoons of Montepulciano wine offer a surprising twist that sets the Tuscan apart. It's a nod to the robust, full-bodied reds that have made Italy’s vineyards famous. This small but significant addition layers in texture and depth, making each sip an exploration of rich, nuanced flavors.
For those who believe that exceptional ingredients are worth seeking out. For those who relish discovering the next great spirit and savoring every detail. For those who like to drink just a little bit different. May we present: The Tuscan.
